Customer-site travel required
Visit customer sites for site measurement, installation, erection, and commissioning of safety fencing systems
Install fencing panels, posts, doors, brackets, hinges, locks, and related hardware
Read and understand 2D engineering drawings and 3D layouts for installation
Ensure proper alignment, levelling, anchoring, and finishing of fencing systems
Identify and resolve installation and technical issues at customer sites
Coordinate with customers regarding site readiness, installation schedules, and technical requirements
Coordinate with Design, Production, Stores, and Project teams for smooth project execution
Prepare site visit, installation, service, and completion reports
Follow customer safety requirements and company quality standards
Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support
Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline
Travel to customer locations as required

What we are looking for

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in field service, installation, fabrication, machine guarding, industrial automation, or manufacturing
Good understanding of mechanical installation and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of measuring and installation tools
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel to customer sites is mandatory
A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered
