Can I extend or end an engagement early?
Yes. Engagements can be extended month by month up to 2 years. Early release is possible with the notice period in your agreement, after the 6-month minimum.
Who manages the engineer day to day?
You assign and review the engineering work. Placitech handles employment, HR, payroll, compliance and performance support.
Can freshers really contribute?
Yes, for the right tasks. Our graduate engineers are trained on industry tools before deployment and supported by our technical leads. They suit drafting, documentation, data conversion and test execution.
Can I hire the engineer permanently later?
